Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The items available on this website are being handcrafted in two separate locations. Depending on the contents of your order, your items may be shipped from both locations. In those instances, you will receive an email notification with a list of items contained in each shipment.

If your purchase is a gift, the package can be shipped directly to the recipient. If requested, a gift card will be included free of charge, and the invoice will not contain pricing information.

Orders from outside the United States will not be accepted.


Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders totaling $59 or more.  For orders less than $59, the following shipping options are available:
  • $7.95 for USPS Ground Advantage (5-7 days)
  • $10.95 for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)
  • $14.95 for UPS Ground
  • Free pickup in Cincinnati / Monfort Heights area   (You will be contacted when your order is ready.)
How do I check the status of my order?
When the order has shipped, an email notification is sent which includes the tracking number. This can be used to check the shipment status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us with your name and order number. We will check into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached. We will refund the full order amount excluding the shipping costs for the return. Items purchased during the 2024 holiday shopping season (November 1 through December 31) can be returned through January 31, 2025.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@robinettedesigns.com with the order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Since many of the accessories we create are one-of-a-kind, we will either repair the item, offer a refund, or find some other satisfactory solution.
