Shipping and Handling
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.
Your purchase will be shipped either USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS within 1-3 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If shipping address is a P.O. Box then order will be shipped via USPS.
The items available on this website are being handcrafted in two separate locations. Depending on the contents of your order, your items may be shipped from both locations. In those instances, you will receive an email notification with a list of items contained in each shipment.
Shipping (3-5 days) is added to orders less than $20. Custom orders may require 2-3 weeks to handcraft and ship.
If your purchase is a gift, the package can be shipped directly to the recipient. If requested, a gift card will be included free of charge, and the invoice will not contain pricing information.
Orders from outside the United States will not be accepted.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We take great pride in the workmanship of each one of our handcrafted items. In addition, both customer service and satisfaction are important to us – we want you to be 100% happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We will gladly refund your money upon return of the item in its original, undamaged, re-sellable condition. Shipping charges for returned items will not be refunded, reimbursed or credited.
