Handcrafted Designs from the Delicate to the Bold

Rhodonite gets its name from the Greek word rhodos, meaning rosy. It was first discovered in Russia in the 1790s and given the name Eagle Stone because the locals noticed that eagles carried small pieces of the stone to their nests. It soon became a tradition to place small Rhodonite stones in the cradles of their own babies. The custom later extended to giving Rhodonite stones to travelers as a protection stone.

  • Due to the inherent nature of gemstones, each stone is singular in both color and shading. We have selected stones that truly complement each other, and each pair of earrings is unique.
  • Earring Length: ~1.75″
