Handcrafted Designs from the Delicate to the Bold

Tweety Bird was introduced to the Looney Tunes family in 1941. Originally voiced by Mel Blanc (who also voiced the characters of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Porky the Pig), the name ‘Tweety’ is a play on the word sweetie plus the onomatopoeia sound of a bird song. The current image of Tweety was designed by Isadore ‘Friz’ Freleng, who also worked as a director, producer and composer.
