The Red Kangaroo is the largest of the dozen or so kangaroo species. It’s also the largest of the marsupials, so named because they have pouches where their young gestate. There are millions of kangaroos in Australia and the surrounding islands. This kangaroos is carrying her baby, known as a joey.
